Fifth grade magic

After accidentally getting on her teacher's bad side, Gretchen loses the coveted starring role in the school play to teacher's pet Amy Sacher, who couldn't act her way out of a paper bag. An ill-phrased wish ends up summoning Gretchen's fairy godmother, whose meddling magic only makes things worse. Now Gretchen's got twice the problems, and the only way to solve them is to take some responsibility.
