Cord Wheeler, the El Paso detective, finds his services hired by rich cattle dealer Jase Elford for a journey down to Santiago. And all he has to do is act as Elford's bodyguard for the duration of the trip. But, soon after their arrival in town Elford is murdered and Wheeler finds himself at the centre of a rustling scam. Amidst the killing and corruption, an innocent boy is blamed for Elford’s murder and is due to be hanged. Wheeler takes on the deadly task of stopping the rustling gang and exposing their leader, but he'll have to find their secret hideout first. Locked in a running fight across the badlands, Wheeler must take on the whole gang and win if justice is to be served.
