Chase Masters is a thirteen year - old boy who moves around the states with his father tracking weather. He is never at one school for long before he and his father go to another town and help people prepare for tornadoes, hailstones, floods, and hurricanes. Chase is always prepared... except for one day when a Category Hurricane 5 unexpectedly slams Saint Petersburg.
