*Underplugged* follows a speed-freak subterranean’s restless battle with the Menace, a dark force symbolizing the essence of chemical dependence, as he experiments with various hallucinogenic and depressant compounds, reported via radio and television transmissions, punctuated by asides from his drug-induced alter ego, Agent K. Oss.
